Sorry everyone….
We apologize for not recording any new episodes, but we have had a very hectic couple of months with the holidays, work, finals, and the loss of a loved one. Regretfully, we have decided to not continue with the podcast. We really enjoyed doing the show, but we have other commitments that must take a higher priority now. We still love Gilmore Girls as much as ever though. We will continue to maintain the website, so feel free to continue posting comments. We will also keep our phone line, so you can still leave messages. Periodically, we will release your voicemails as reviews of each episode. Thank you for your devotion to us. You guys have been great. We will try to do one last episode to formally say goodbye to you, but we are not sure at the moment when that will be. Thanks again and we hope you understand.

Seeing as I hadn’t tuned in to the podcast until this last Monday, I was a little disappointed when I decided to visit the website and saw that you had quit! I am listening to the older podcasts now, not caught up but hey, I like to have something to listen to on the treadmill and I loved your podcast. Sucks that you quit but I understand!

That is something I was wondering, since Luke and Lorelei arn’t together, but they are sort of okay around eachother, do Rory and Lorelei still go to Luke’s and eat and have coffee like they used to or do they just go to Weston’s like they did the first time that they were in a fight?

There was a new spoiler on spoilerfix.com saying that Alexis leaving the show may just be a rumor. But, other people were saying that if Alexis leaves the show, Lauren is leaving as well.

Jellybean, Lauren Graham has already agreed with warner bros, and the CW to do another season if Rosenthal agrees to do an 8th season, but Alexis Bledel may not stay. … I think that Alexis has a pilot that she auditioned for and might get… I am not sure of too much else, but I will keep looking into it. If there is an 8th season and Rory is not in it, then that will be the last season because the show is not the gilmore girl, or the daines girl, (though a good spin off show) but I know that rosenthal will work in with Alexis if he decides to continue.

Earlier someone mentioned the Warner Brothers Studio. I just went last week and had an amazing tour! We took the 5 hour VIP tour and got a chance to see all of the sets except for Mr. and Mrs. Gilmore’s house because they were filming on it. It was FANTASTIC!! We got to go in Lukes Diner…go on the set of Dragonfly Inn, and Loreli’s House. It was great so I so recomend it if you have an opportunity. Someone asked if it took away from the movie magic…not at all!!! Now I know it’s all real:)

I think that if Alexis decides not to do another season that maybe he will write something in like Logan and Rory got married so now they are off backpacking through some country and just have her do little scenes every now and then just so we know she is still alive. Maybe..? I’m hoping.

Wawa, I don’t know what to tell you, I am away from all of my dvds….
Vintage, even if that were so, we would all start to complain about not getting enough rory lorelai moments, and what not… And I don’t know how I would feel about Rory being married just yet, but I want to see her engaged…. hahah… I think I would like it if her and Logan went off to write for some big Newspaper that Mitchum gave to Logan to run, and Rory becomes his right hand man….. But, without rory then there will not be a Paris, a Lucy and Olivia, and really it would dwindle the Friday night dinners, etc. It would throw the whole show….. Even if the writer were to get really creative, it wouldn’t be the same show, its not the same now, still love it but I must say that it feels more like an obligation to watch it, then entertainment. I love the show and I will watch the dvds still, but I don’t feel the mom and daughter relationship where they both depended off each other, its just not there…. its too independent now. Still L O V E it though, I am torn…..

Tonights episode was the best.I loved how luke wanted to call lorali right after he got his custody news. It reminded me of episode 19 in season 4 were the self help tape said, who do you want to call or see when something exciding happens, do you see her face. That made me soooo happy! Can’t wait till next week!

It was a good episode though so you should really search. I was SO excited that Luke got partial custody of April. Anna was being such a brat about the whole thing!

I’m late to the party…life events have kept me away from my favorite podcasts. I just found out that Dave and Alicia have had to cease production of their GG podcast.
First of all I want to say how sorry I am for your lost. In the past year I’ve lost three members of my family, so I know how hard it is, and how disruptive it can be to your life.
I also want to thank you both for all your hard work. Yours was one of the few non-professionally-produced podcasts that I listened to regularly. Your show was great quality and very entertaining. I really enjoyed it.
I hope that you’ll return to podcasting at some point; maybe your schedule will permit occasional “special delivery” episodes for major Gilmore events.

Thank you so much for the wonderful podcasts about the GG that have kept me company through many boring travelling hours and have people around me left wondering what was so funny on my ipod. Deeply saddened to hear about your loss, especially around the holidays, My condolences. Hope to hear from you guys soon and look forward to your finale episode, though it’s bittersweet since ill never hear it again :-/. In all, this was a great program and i speak for all of us when i say good job.
p.s. – funny how as i finished typing this, the preview commercial for the next episode came on…The one for “I’d Rather be in Philadelphia”. Possibly the end of a great podcast and the Rebirth of luke and lorelai? We can only hope 🙂

Okay, so I watched the episode, and I must say that I am excited about Luke winning….. (I was not an April fan at first because I thought that she was the reason L&L broke up) I am glad that Chris found the letter, but Stupid Lorelai for being sad that he was angry, c’mon Lorelai would have defended herself more and she would have done something like she did with Luke and be smart about it. (Enjoy Wisteria Lane you major drama queen) Thats really about it but the writers have improved a lot.

I didn’t care for April much in the beginning earlier because I could tell that that would mean bad news for L & L. But after they had broken up it showed a WHOLE new side to Luke so I am really starting to like her! Asher I am glad that you finally got to see the episode.
You are right, Lorelei just isn’t herself at all lately. But I just really hope that the next episode is the “rebirth of Luke and Lorelei”. That would be amazing, I miss them so much!

I have a ‘predicition spoiler’ Logan told a reporter saying that he does not think that Rory and Logan will stay together, that the last episode is about Lorelai and Rory the GILMORE GIRLS and that towards the end when Mitchum is pushing Logan in the right direction and enlists the help of Rory that it will end up pushing them apart. Bad news to me because I love ROLO but, that just me…. sorry to disappoint anyone.

true but I think that it will happen, I know that some of us love ROLO but, I would rather see it back to the Gilmore girls, going into luke’s for coffee, and this gu hitting on Lorelai, and then hit on Rory, and just the way it was… But, it is too late now. However, I think that out of all of Rory’s boyfriends the Logan, is the best by far. NO one and nothing could beat him at his humor, wit, brains, and stamina… I love him. I want to have a Logan Huntzberger.

Chris is such a jerk!! I hate him so much now!! After all of that stuff happened to Lorelai, her dad having a heart attack and getting surgery, and Chris not even being there! Chris is so immature, he should of called. And Luke and Lorelai were JUST TALKING and Chris got all mad! HELLO CHRIS! Lorelai can’t deal with you being immature at this time! It’s like Chris won’t let Lorelai talk to any men or he gets mad. But you can tell he is jealous of Luke; Lorelai talks to Luke and Chris is upset!

Vintage… This reaffirms my no marriage thing…
More family drama is headed Logan’s way as Papa Huntzberger rears his meddling head again. Rory plays the supportive girlfriend, just as he played the supportive boyfriend during Richard’s health crisis. And that’s it, really. No marriage proposal or anything like that.
Trust, I know that it will never be the same. But, maybe one day as I drive through a small town in Connecticut, I will see Luke and Lorelai’s with a 10% off you stay at the Dragonfly. haha, thats a joke. 🙂
I am not sure that they will break it off, but my cousin works on a set for some show called Lincoln Heights. and He said that the rumor mill is soaring with a ROLO break up… you know what they say about rumors they always start with a kernal of truth.

02/12 – Matt Czuchry reveals: Logan is going to start a nice arc here. There will be a further twist on down the line as far as the direction that Logan’s going to go for the last chunk of the season. So the internet company and how he interacts with his passion and what happens with the internet company is really going to inform the storylines for him and for Rory and their relationship.
